Why Lead Paint Screening is Important
Homes built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead exposure can be particularly concerning for young children and pregnant women, and renovation projects can disturb painted surfaces and create lead-containing dust.
Targeted laboratory screening can help identify lead in selected painted surfaces or settled dust before purchasing, renovating, or occupying an older home.

- Up to 2 laboratory-analyzed samples
- Paint-chip and/or dust-wipe sampling based on the areas being evaluated
- Laboratory analysis and shipping included
- Laboratory report provided to the client
- Additional samples available for an additional fee

This service provides targeted lead screening of selected areas and is not a comprehensive whole-home lead-based paint inspection. Results apply only to the specific samples and locations tested. Additional sampling is available upon request.
